The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.  We do not share with or sell this data to any third party.

How will we use your data?

Speak Fluent Data collects your data so that we can:

  • Email you regarding matters related to your English lesson, including but not exclusively, information about lesson cancellations/reschedules, and/or to send you class materials.
  • Email you your session report after your business/general English class.
  • Email you Zoom/Skype/Teams links to join classes where necessary.
  • Call your mobile phone on Whatsapp to conduct your English class should you request this.
  • Send you a newsletter by email, on average once a month, if you subscribe to the email list.

We will NOT sell or pass your details to any third party.

How we collect data

We collect Data in the following ways:

  • Data is given to us by you
  • Data is collected automatically
  • Data is collected from our third party service providers, for example but not necessarily exclusively, Calendly and Paypal.

Card Payments

Browsing our website is free. In order to use our service in the way of having an English class, you will need to pay using your debit/credit card.  Each lesson will be one, one-off payment. We use third party service provider Paypal to facilitate payments on behalf of Speak Fluent English.  This third party site and service (Paypal) is not operated by Speak Fluent English. Speak Fluent English does not collect, store or have access to any card or bank details.  We strongly recommend that you view the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Paypal. 

Security

How do we store your data?

Speak Fluent English securely stores your data on our secure and encrypted servers.

Speak Fluent English will keep your name, email address and if supplied, your mobile phone number or Skype username.  Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your data on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy or until you request that the data be deleted.  Even if we delete your data, it may persist on backup or archival files for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Services address anyone under the age of 16 with parental permission only. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 16.
